Detroit Affordable Housing Market is About to Expand
Bedrock–a real estate firm based in Detroit brings an exciting news for the residents of downtown area and Detroit. For incomes 80 percent or less of the area median income, Bedrock is planning on developing 3,500 residential units in Detroit in the coming years, out of which 700 will be affordable housing units. An agreement between the city and Bedrock is expected to be made soon.
President of Bedrock; Dan Mullen said “it is important that a wide range of housing options, including affordable ones, are available in Detroit’s growing marketplace.”
