Euler: I personally love the Properties, the Craftsmanship of the properties are excellent, much better than I expected and Detroit is happening. it’s beautiful and Downtown remind me of Downtown New York, it is like the village area in New York City,
Al: Look at that vibrate and movement this is. How about yourself
Joey: Yeah, i think the same thing, it’s very impressive you know, Downtown Detroit remind me of Seattle. Nice hotels, nice restaurant and you know, He (Al) is a great guy to work with really, Great job with the property.

I’m here with Amy, she’s a client of ours that made a trip all the way out here from Missouri and she just put this property under contract about a month ago and it’s actually at my back right now, it’s being renovated, it’s almost complete. We are here in the C-class neighborhood, we will do a quick little turn around so that you guys can take a look at the neighborhood. This is a beautiful C-class area, and what am I gonna do now is I’m gonna have Amy just a for a minute, tells us a little bit about what she thought when we just walked through the property
Amy: I think, the property is in great condition. They’ve done an excellent job with the renovations and with some past and previous Turnkey, were doing great with this management company and I thank you Al and Strategy Properties for putting this together

Mike: Hi It’s Mike Jordan with Strategy Properties, the Detroit Real Estate property investment firm and here, i want to do a quick segment in my office and i’m here with the great client of ours, Steve who has worked with us now for six years and he gave a great compliment to me today in our company that he wishes he would have met us ten years ago, he’s done really well with us and you know Steve, i really appreciate you, you’ve been a great client of ours and you’re a great client and a great friend so i really appreciate that and it’s been great doing business with you and i’m looking forward to do a lot of business with you for many years, so how have you done with us overall, do you feel that the real estate market has many expectations?
Steve: I’ve done terrifically. I met Mike in 2011 when I sold a company that I owned for 33 years and once I sold the company, i wasn’t really sure what to do with the investment because the natural thing seemingly to do is going with stock market with it, some of it we did, a lot of it we held back and i met Mike and explained how the real estate market works, how i could invest them, how i could be secure in the company which is it was great
Mike: And I was so Glad that i was able to meet you and help you and your family diversify and make money in real estate so, Steve is a great client and great friend and we’re looking forward to do a lot more business, Thank you guys
Al: Hey Everyone, Al with Strategy Properties here again. I’m here with Mr.Carter and a lovely Detroit , we’re visiting one of the suburbs here in Dearborn Heights and Mr. Carter actually has been through the Detroit area and it’s been a decade so he’s here checking our properties and why don’t you tell everyone about what have you seen far today and what you think in the market in strategy properties and some of the finishes you’ve seen today.
Mr. Carter: So, what i saw is not what you see in T.V. in California, i’m from California
Al: Look at this beautiful neighborhood in Dearborn Heights, beautiful B-class neighborhood.
Mr. Carter: So what I’ve met today was a full team which i didn’t know. Actually the team, you guys have aspects of management, purchasing, selling, maintenance, do your own repairs which i didn’t know which was going to see. And the neighborhoods were that much different from what i was expecting.. neighborhood’s that, you know, i wouldn’t mind moving into. I wouldn’t but i wouldn’t mind to moving into because of the different criteria. So it’s different than what I thought

Mark: Thank you for the progress you’ve made so far on the house. It’s really coming along nicely, basement is just unbelievable, the transformation down there as David and I last time we walk at it was, it was pretty scary and now it looks like some of the other projects you guys have done and Glad you had the bathroom and master bathroom, you can figure that thing that’s gonna look really nice and i think it’s gonna make the back of the house really a lot more functional and now everything is great and continuing to see your progress
U/N: So, we have Mark here, the new owner of the Strathmore house and he is happy about the progress, and he’s looking forward to finish it and close on it.
David: is there anything specific about the challenges you thought at first?
Mark: Well yeah you know, I guess I had the benefit of touring with Al and saw all the progress of different properties and this one seems to be following soon, so even thought it was a pretty much a wreck i wasn’t scared because i was comfortable in the capabilities that you guys have, to turn these homes into really nice properties
U/N: So what do you thought about what you saw today?
Mark: It’s Great! I was surprised actually with the progress that have been made, it’s great that you guys continuing the reno and primarily just the amount to drive the work done upstairs and the family room as well too because that was pretty tore up and the upstairs is gonna be nice specially with the classic getting situated up there and that’s gonna be real nice to move the space as well so great job guys thanks
Brandon: Hi, My name is Brandon and I have had the pleasure working with Mike from Strategy Properties LLC which is a real estate investment firm in Michigan. Sonia: Yeah! I was shocked to see that it’s not as bad as i thought it was gonna be in C-class. The house is really nice. Something that I feel like I would live in. And it’s just.. I’m kinda blown away. So, it’s quite nice actually. It’s not what I thought compare to some parts of New York like bronks and different place like that. When you think of C-class, you think of just really much worse than what I’m seeing here right now.

Ping: Well, I got here yesterday and I get to meet the whole Strategy team at the office. And it was just nice to see they already have lot of specific roles for everyone, What you do, Operations, Guidelines, Structure. And it’s just so nice to see that there is role for everyone in place already. All the suburbs definitely had a nice feel to it. I can definitely see myself investing in the area, neighborhoods have quiet streets and the work they do so far, I’m really liking it.

Tim: I honestly feel like the whole landscape of Detroit is much different than what I expected. I was expecting something a lot more a run-down even thought I’ve heard how much it actually has been rejuvinated. Once I actually got here, I saw just how real the turnaround in Detroit is. And it is fantastic to see so much of the city looks brand new. I’m pretty excited for the city.

Carlos: Ww saw a couple properties, about four properties in B & C Class neighborhoods. We saw the operations from beginning to end, from how it looked before rehab and their rehab. and I think it looks fantastic. The area was good, the finishes were good, everything was great.
Rafiel: Yes, same thing it was a great experience. Like he said, rehab and finished product and we got the neighborhood down. Real good neighborhood and how you explained everything from bad neighborhood to good neighborhood and look at the difference of it.
