Detroit Tour Program

Al: Hi everyone, Al Bazzy here with Strategy Properties, i just finished up a tour with these beautiful clients from all around the country. I’ll start up here to my left Sonia, why don’t you take over and tell everybody what you thought of Detroit and what your experience with this tour was
Sonia: First time Touring Detroit and i’m really really impressed by what i saw, and really surprised. Very vibrant coming back and a lot of great properties, a lot of  great properties to choose from. Great areas, great neighborhoods so i’m very excited to hopefully invest here
Kiki: Very Pleasantly surprised this tour was great, you gotta feel for this different cities and areas that are good for investment, looks like there’s some good cash flow and a possibility for investment.
West coast Buyers: Al Bazzy is a five star tour. We really enjoy that time, first time Detroit and nice vibrant things that is happening and we’re really considering in investing in Detroit

Al: Hey everyone, Al Bazzy here in Downtown Detroit. I’m here with Mark from LA and this is Mark’s first time here in Detroit and i thought it’s a great opportunity for him to share what he thinks of his first trip in Detroit, Mark take it away
Mark: It’s awesome here i love it, it’s such a nice place to hang out and have lunch like we did, i enjoy it

Mark: Great, i am really impressed with them, i’m really impressed, i love the neighborhoods

Al: Hey everyone Al Bazzy here with Strategy Properties out in the Detroit market, i’m here with Gram from Dallas and he’s here doing a client tour with us. He hasn’t been in Detroit for years so it’s his first time in returning. Gram, why don’t you share with everybody some of the things that you’ve seen today 
Gram: Well, It’s been great, I can’t tell you how much this whole city is improved, the product that these guys are selling, i mean the numbers work, the rehabs are fabulous, great neighborhoods. I’m a believer now, i’m gonna start investing more and more up in Detroit

Laurie: Hi this is Laurie and Ken from Colorado. And we came out to Detroit to check out the market. We’ve never really been here before so we went on a tour with Al from Strategy Properties and we’ve seen I think 4, 5 different houses different areas in the city in different price points and we’re very impressed so far in what we’ve seen and we’re looking forward to investing with Strategy

Dusty: Hi my name is Dusty and this is my wife Cecily. We’re from Malibu California and we’ve had the opportunity to spend the day with Al touring around several properties in the Detroit area. I got to see a lot of nice places, variety of different areas different cities and looking forward to getting to know Detroit a little more.
Cecily: It was really fun to walk through a few of the houses. To walk inside and kind of see how the floor plans were and how the different areas of Detroit are so beautiful and each have a different personality and something to offer and then we took a tour of the downtown so we’re really excited to work with Strategy Properties in the future

Martin: Hello there, my name is Martin, and I’m here in beautiful downtown Detroit. I just met with Al and he gave me a tour of the city, he took me around downtown, to the different neighborhoods where they buy properties. We checked some properties too and let me tell you that I was very impressed. Detroit is not what you hear in News. You know you here that it’s a ghost town, that it’s dangerous.. this and that. But let me tell you that you have to come and see it for yourself. So I’m very excited and looking forward to working with Al and Strategy Properties and buying my first investment property. Al: I’m here with Devine, we’re here on our May 20th bus tour in Detroit Michigan. Devine why don’t you tell the people watching this video how the tour has been going so far. We’re here at lunch and Devine just got to fill up on some great food.
Devine: Yeah the food was great, the tour was great. I got to see a couple houses that had already been finished and one was in progress. So we got to see all the finishes and how each one of these units will look when they’re purchased in. Got a good feel for the areas around Detroit, It’s by surprise. Detroit’s not like what you see on televisions

Chris: We had a great tour of Detroit today. It’s an incredible place. There’s a lot of activity that we saw. There’s a lot of development improvements.
Lisa: We had a great tour today with Al to see a lot of wonderful neighborhoods with some interesting properties and a great tour of downtown. I’d never been here before so it was enjoyable to get a good look at the city for someone who’s never been there before.
